There are 2 historical accounts with respect to the origins of the Kamikaze cocktail. One account has been described as dark as it was born after World War II during the occupation of Japan. The other would be described as a shooter that came out in the 70s and was known as the disco cocktail. Our twist aligns with the disco cocktail and is a multisensory phenomenon that titillates the olfactory and leaves a lingering taste of raspberry on the taste buds. This shot feels like you are getting hydrated, but you are really going in the opposite direction.
