Salted Caramel Martini


2 oz homemade caramel syrup if desired, add a pinch of cinnamon

1 oz soft flavor vodka

1 oz Irish cream liqueur

Caramel for the rim

Sea salt for a rim



Cocktail shaker


  1. Warm caramel in pot.

  2. Twist the glass in the pot in a circular motion to rim the glass.

  3. Sprinkle sea salt on the rim while the caramel is still warm. (Depending on the consistency of your caramel you may be able to skip this step)

  4. Pour vodka, liqueur and carmel in shaker over ice.

  5. Shake until well frosted.

  6. Strain into rimmed Martini glass.

  7. Optional - Chocolate syrup for garnish


Salt plus Carmel equals Martini!
