It has been said that landowning farmers in the region of Piracicaba came up with the caipirinha during the 19th century as a local drink and reflection of the strong sugarcane culture. Traditionally made with lemon, cachaca, ice and sugar, over time the drink evolved with other fruits. Our twist is so close to the original but distinctively different. This cocktail is Twist On It's Hard Lemon with a Brazilian flair- perfected to simplicity!
