Twist:

During World War II, there was a shortage of whiskey, but this was not the case for rum which led to the creation of the Hurricane. In our twist there is no shortage of any liquor. It is where the Mai Tai hits the Long Island, which makes this tropical storm hit harder than the Hurricane.
