In 1806, The Balance and Columbian Repository's editor described the Old-Fashioned as a "potent concoction." The cocktail we affectionately named, Pop's, keeps with the simple, classic, and traditional nature of this cocktail while finishing with a hint of cherry. Pair it with your cigar of choice! We suggest a dark robust cigar!
